Had a blast tracking and mixing this demo for Bellingham grindcore band Verminsect. We tracked everything to tape during a demonstration for a tape recording class I taught. All processing happened in real time in the session using analog gear, and what you hear was put together in about 5-6 hours; only overdubbing vocals and a guitar double-track. Super fun doing quick work like this, would love to do more one-day records!
